Which school systems we support
- Bakaláři (the most widely used Czech school information system) — we have full integration with it.
- Škola OnLine — the connection runs automatically.
- Edookit — integration is in the works.
- Other systems — we’re glad to check compatibility based on what you work with.
Automatic synchronisation, no manual work
Once the connection is in place, the smart screens pull the current timetable and substitutions in on their own. Nobody has to retype changes by hand or export anything — whatever appears in the school system is on the notice board moments later.
How the connection works
All it takes is access to the timetable and substitution data through a data connector. Your school-system administrator will know what this is about — and if not, we’re glad to help set it up. The screens then load the changes and show them to pupils and teachers without any intervention.
What if your system isn’t on the list
That’s no problem. The solution can also work with your own data formats, or we’ll design a bespoke way to connect for your school.
